This item feels solid in your hands. The finish looks great. My only issues are 1) The 3 holes into the main pipe were smaller than the neck that surrounded them. I drilled them all to a larger size to allow for more water to flow... and 2) I am afraid to over tighten the bar where it attaches to my shower. Since the bar is 8" long, it is not parallel to the show floor when it's tightened. If I loosen it till it's parallel... then it's lose and shifts if I touch one of the two shower heads that are connected to it. I haven't used any Teflon tape... I'll try that and see if I can get it tight and parallel at the same time. Overall, I am very happy with the item.

Was easy to put on and had no leaks as long as you put the plumber's tape on it and use a washer on the inside.
