much better than a plain auto feeder. the opening is a bit large so I taped ~half of it and now it dispenses a good amount of food for a 40g. the camera quality is fairly decent, with ok black and white night vision. Wish the field of view is a bit larger though.

I know I have it one star but I love this product AS A CAMERA. If you have the income to dispose of and wanna be able to peep at your fish 🤌 buy it! How ever, if you are about to go on a vacation and need something to feed your fish maybe buy this as a camera and get a different automatic feeder. This thing clogs multiple times a week and I don’t think I’ve ever had it running for a week straight without it clogging. It is nice because it tells you it’s clogged but I’d prefer it worked.I’ve tried all types of food, flakes, cichlid gold, vibra bites, meat sticks…it always clogs. It’s nice if I set it up or turn it on over one weekend or something but if you expect this thing to feed your fish while you are in Europe you’ll come home to dead fish unless you have a house sitter to clean it out and set it back up every 3-5 days.

I really wanted to like this camera feeder, but unfortunately the feeder hole is way too big and the company is off in the amount it can dispense. I can't use this as it puts out almost a full teaspoon of food on the lowest setting, this is way to much and really would be used for a huge tank at that amount. I have a 75 gallon and still can't use it

I travel frequently and rely on automatic feeders to insure my fish get food. This feeder is fun. Set up and installation are easy. The feeder works reliably and the camera provides a bird's eye view of the feeding fish. It is great for the fish and their fanciers. Worth every penny.

I have a bird feeder with camera so I was thrilled to get to try this fish watcher! You set it up to an app on your phone. It has a fish feeding release so you can feed your fish and then watch them eat. I won't be making any fish movies but it's definitely fun to be able to check on your fish when you're not home. My kids love it. I'll update if any issues arise and how long it lasts.
