My dell alienware m18 r2 laptop was running to me a bit hot. Cpu and gpu were in the 88°C. I noticed a Lil lag and or small things. This immediately dropped the temp fast, they actually foused on the fan instead of the lights and design like everyone else does,Of course, I love the RGB light show this thing has,It's so cool. The LEDs are vibrant and beautiful with several different settings that allow for fows, solid colors, and flashes of light. The lights can also be disabled if so chosen.All the others ones your just paying for a fancy fan with light with air escaping.everywhere not to the vent where it needs to go. It also says on the box cool down 20° c and I'd say that's about true I'm down to around 65°C on my cpu now and 60° or lower on my gpu and that's during game on. This cooler works great I love the size of it and the different speeds that it has it comes with a nice little foam base to lay your laptop on so it doesn't scratch which wasn't a worry for me but a nice little touch. Now the only downside I could find with this was that it's a bit noisy which was expected.Product is very useful and is a good product.The overall design of this cooler is aimed towards ease of use and it definitely shows.So I will recommend it to my friends

It does the job of keeping my alienware bit cooler, BUT, I would not recommend. The fans are low quality and very loud, it's very thick so not ergonomic. This would be best suited for a docking station setup where you use separate keyboard and monitor. BUT at that point you should of just bought a desktop computer that has plenty of cooling and does not need the help. No matter what the fans on my alienware still run fast and loud on top of the loud fans on the cooling unit. It's neet looking but I expected super quiet high volume airflow but all I got was a glorified box fan my laptop sits on top of.

Cooling pad is well designed and fun! The airflow functions great and has many different settings allowing for multiple airflow levels. The color patterns are very easy to program and provide a fun aspect to the cooling pad. Noise is minimal but at high setting a bit loud. Fits my 18 inch laptop perfectly. Seems like a quality product.

This is a really nice cooling pad/laptop stand. I love that I can change the color patterns, and adjust the angle of it. The fan is pretty powerful and does a good job at keeping my laptop cool while I'm gaming. The power cord is nice and long too- which I appreciate because my outlet is not super close by. I am pretty pleased with it.

Prong for the cable was broken off in the box. This thing looks really cool in the pictures, but it’s not! It’s a bulky cheaply made fan with even cheaper plastic. Not worth $20 let alone $100. Save your money and buy a different brand.
