I bought the Alpaka "Flight Pouch" and then returned it. It was just a bit too small, but I was impressed with the overall build so decided to get a bag slightly bigger.This "Flight Bag 1L" is perfect for travel and EDC. It has the same minimalist look as the Flight Pouch, although slightly bigger with much more room with an extra zip pocket for loose items. It fits comfortably and the quality is what you would expect from Alpaka. Durable YKK zippers. I will definitely be using this as my go to EDC. I like the fact that the zippers are protected with an overlay, making this bag the most water resident than any sling I've had in the past.

Since I discovered that it was nothing wrong for a man to carry handbag, I bought and tried a bunch of them, some of them even from Germany and Italy. Usually, they were just having wrist straps and that was a problem for me. I have forgotten few of them, one in the casino with digital camera at that time with memorable pictures from trip to Argentina, which I did not download elsewhere. Currently I have 3 such bags, one of them with the wrist strap, the other one small without anything with just one compartment and the third one with cross body belt strap, but bulky and not nice. Since I was robbed, I carry my wallet in one preferably zippered pants pocket and keys in the other one. Same about the cellphone, rather in the other pocket. However, I need to carry with me other necessary things, like medication, lotions for itching, coughing lozenges, comb, etc. Now what I love about this one, which is very nice and water resistive. The snapped on and off, adjustable cross (or shoulder) strap can be easily and quickly removed or put on. That enables me to carry it on my body or put it in the big bag when going to swim, play table tennis and traveling. It has six! compartments, so you can organize your stuff any way you like. I really do not care about the key magnetic and snap-on key tether, but you might like it if you do not carry many keys. I do. The size of this bag is right for me, I already filled it with my stuff, and I am happy. Finally, something I like and can enjoy without worries.

I have the original Flight Sling from Alpaka and it has been my go to sling when I travel. It has all the space I need to carry my wallet, phone, keys, passport, gadgets, snacks, etc. However, sometimes, I want a smaller bag, so when I saw Alpaka released their Flight Sling 1L, I knew I had to get it. This is basically the baby brother to the original Flight Sling, just smaller. The original one was 2L and this one is half the capacity at 1L, which is perfect for when you don't need to carry a lot. It's perfect for a wallet, phone, passport and a few other knickknacks. It's small enough that I can carry this under a jacket, which is great for security when you exploring a new country/town.Almost everything from the original Flight Sling can be found in this smaller version. The only thing that is different is the strap attachment. The original strap attached to the sling using gatekeeper style clips, which took a while to get use to, but no problem now. It also had a magnetic clasp that allowed me to disconnect the strap in the center to put on and take off without having to loop it over my head. The 1L uses a removable attachment point that attaches to small straps on the sling using pretty secure clips that is similar to what you find on some camera straps. The clips has quick release which allows the strap to be release on both ends. I'm not a fan of the clips staying attached to the bag and just dangles there if the straps were not attached. I wish they would have used the same design as the original, however, based on the overall function and design of this bag, it's is still a winner.

What do you expect from an Alpaka product other than quality? This flight sling is life changing. While it looks so small, it is like Mary Poppin's carpet bag. Yes the light grey interior has two small slip pockets and one longer, fuzzy lined slip pocket. There are two exterior pockets. The front one is zippered and has a gusset to it and just expands while you stuff your items in. There is a key tether and it has a great keychain that magnetically snaps on and off the tether. It is part of a larger item management system they have. The back pocket is slip pocket with magnet keeping it closed. It is just a pocket big enough for me to slip my iPhone 12 Pro Max in. The interior long slip pocket will also hold my phone or reading glasses. The two smaller slip pockets holds my air pods and my slim card wallet vertically. The larger interior pocket holds pretty much anything else you need for the day. It does expand as you fill it. I don't carry a pile of things for quick trips into stores or running errands. I just don't need my whole purse for that. This will fit into my larger purse so I have my core items in one pouch. The strap is slim and comfortable to carry on my size 20 body wit a 51" bust. Wider straps can be uncomfortable for women to carry between their bosom and cause weird things to happen to our clothes. The strap is light weight and made of soft twill. The strap easily adjusts large enough to fit my body as a crossbody and hit at my hip. The strap doesn't adjust or slip on its own because it has a little anti slip band that fits snugly against the clip. The strap doesn't have a larger center clip to open and close it, but each end is connected to the bag by these little clasps that fit around canvas loops on the back. Each end clasp has a magnetic, quick release mechanism. It is easy to see how it works just by looking at it. While the clasps and adjuster slides are made of plastic, they are made of a a good quality, dense plastic that doesn't feel cheap or that it will break easily. Everything about an Alpaka product that isn't thoroughly well thought out. They always believe that they can always make improvements.

Se ve de buena calidad, la usare en un viaje proximo, por ahora me gusto como se ajusta al cuerpo al colgarla. Espero que la capacidad sea la adecuada
