Perfect for traveling and everyday usage! So amazing to have on hand and protects my glasses very well. Design is innovative and looks great.

I own several ALPAKA bags and HUB accessories. As someone who wears glasses and sunglasses this sunglasses pouch is a useful accessory to add to my HUB collection. The exterior and interior materials are used to make this pouch feel high quality. The lining of the pouch ensures that my glasses won’t get scratched stored in it. The only downside is that the pouch doesn’t cover my glasses completely. A top portion is left unprotected and could get scratched. The open design allows for easy access but it also means your glasses could slide out. Like all HUB accessories this one has a quick release fidlock magnet making removing the pouch and hanging it up on a HUB ModPanel super easy and quick. If you aren’t already invested or planning to invest into the ALPAKA ecosystem I wouldn’t recommend this product since it is pricey for what you’re getting.

I have a few other items in Alpaka’s Hub ecosystem and think it’s one of the better systems around for EDC gear. I’ve been using this pouch for a couple weeks now and think it’s great; it’s nice to have a dedicated place for my sunglasses as clipping them to my shirt can get annoying and keeping them inside my bag makes me worried I’ll crush them. This is a nice middle ground that keeps them easily accessible attached to my Alpaka Bravo Sling and reasonably protected. Build quality is excellent as is always the case from Alpaka, I like the style and it’s one of the more functional items in their Hub ecosystem.

Expensive, but awesome. Well worth the price

I really want to love this thing, but let's be honest—its use case is about as niche as a vegan hot dog stand at a meat lover's convention. If you’re looking for a place to store your sunglasses, this might fit the bill—until those pesky smudges arrive. Seriously, if I wanted fingerprints all over my shades, I’d just let my toddler handle them for a day! Now, the removable clip seemed like a bright idea at first, like discovering you can sing harmony with your dog. But then I thought, “Why go through the hassle of unclipping the whole contraption just to pull out my sunglasses?” Unless I’m preparing for a dramatic reveal, I’m just as good with a good old-fashioned sunglass pouch. Spoiler alert: it doesn’t magically organize my life any better, and it’s not exactly user-friendly for the whole ‘seeing and being seen’ scenario.Oh, and let’s talk about the price. I mean, did it come with a side of gold-plated lenses? It’s a bit steep for something that looks like a fancy sack for my obscured view.On the bright side, it meets the high-quality bar that Alpaka is known for—because apparently, looking chic while fumbling to get my shades is all the rage. The hub system is well-designed, but it seems the whole thing is a bumpy ride on the thought train for sunglasses storage. And a PSA: if you’ve got big sunglasses, leave them out of this fashion faux pas. They’re not getting in there without a wrestling match! So, unless you’re rocking a pair of tiny, vintage shades, you might want to think twice.
