No longer holds charge after 2 weeks. Edit: the product started working again a few days after leaving my review and has worked as intended ever since. Changed my rating to reflect.

This little case was bought for my iPhone 12 mini, to get me through the day on an aging battery. Works as it should, and you can see the rough battery percentage left on the pack with the little leds on the back of the case. Fits like a glove for my phone and no issues with the install. Also has wireless charging so I’m able to still use all the wireless chargers I have which is a plus.Downsides. The case isn’t the most durable in the world, as the back of the case already has deep scratches from where it has rubbed against things in my pocket, and from a drop it encountered on my gravel driveway. The other downside is with the charging.If the case is fully charged but the phone is not and you want to make sure it is topped off (both phone and case) wireless charging has issues. It will stop charging randomly when wirelessly charging if the case is topped off, leaving the phone not completely charged. It does not do this when connected to a wired charger or when the battery on the case is not all the way charged. Why it does this is hard to say, but have encountered this a few times when I wanted both the phone and case to be completely charged before heading out for the day.Overall it works well, and I haven’t had any major issues with it. The case has been able to keep my phone charged for the whole day when I can’t get to a charger, and will continue to use it daily.

Compre el producto porque ofrece conectividad a CarPlay , tengo un versa 2020 y la conexión falla muy seguido , no es confiable para tener un mapa o mantener una llamada , la carga inalámbrica se interrumpe continuamente y no llega a cargarse en la noche , la carga interna funciona pero calienta mucho la carcasa y el teléfono , solo la calidad de la funda es adecuada. No vale la pena el costo , no la recomiendo

Malísimo, no me duró mucho tiempo. Desde el principio la batería no llegaba a la capacidad descrita. Dinero perdido.

I was skeptical due to the reasonable price, but this battery case delivered. I needed it to give me added hours on my iPhone during my run in the NYC marathon. I am a slow runner and my battery was not going to last through the hours wait at the start and then through the hours and pics and texts with family during the marathon. I tested it out before the big day and it worked well. Charged up as described. Follow the directions putting it on and taking it off, slide it in or out, do not tilt or force or you could damage your phone beyond repair. I like that the batter is not constantly on, you turn it on when needed. I left my phone get to about 50% before I turned on the pack and it charged the phone back to 100% fairly quickly though since I was concentrating on getting through the race, I do not recall exactly how long. My phone lasted through the race, though my Garmin did not, it died at 24 miles. One small negative is that this does, of course, add weight to the phone. On one hand, I do not mind because it makes the phone feel less vulnerable to breaking, but on the other, I like it being light and fitting easier into the small across the body bag that I wear. The larger issue would be that you can not use wireless charging with the case on. It must be plugged in. This would not be so much of an issue for me except I purchased the magnetized phone mount for my car so I can use GPS and it can not be use with the cover on, so I will be using this charging cover for special times when I know I need the additional support. I had no problems with this item and would recommend it if you need the additional power. It’s a shame for as much as we pay for iPhones, and the Apple Watch, that they do not offer the best battery life and purchases of this type are required. But fortunately, this one was a good choice.

Always hesitant buying phone cases/screen protectors, I always screw up the screen protector part! Alpatronix made the process so easy, it comes out perfect!Great case, long battery life, and strong screen protector. A little bit bulky, but I got the 12 mini, so between the phone and the case, its no big deal. Always nice having the extra power for when I forget to charge the phone.First time purchasing from Alpatronix, but I love their products and will use them again!UPDATE: here we are 9 months later- and the case no longer works properly. Will not 'connect' thru the lightning port on the case. Phone has been IN the case since day 1 (absolutely no in/out, altho i have tried twice to 're-set' the phone in the case), and has worked perfectly up until recently. Have tried 6 different lightning> USB cables- no luck (but the cables work in the phone when not in the case). BUT the battery case DOES charge the phone when you hit the button on the back. Seems to be just the external port not working. Oh well, time time to see if mophie has a case for the 12 mini on the market now...

Product is purchased for my iPhone 12 mini which is having poor battery backup.In fact thought this product will add some protection too.But in one month of usage( after 02 1/2 months of purchase) a hair line crack appeared at the back side of case.The plastic at that area is very fragile and can easily get damage in regular use. Not worth the money due to poor design.
