I have been curious to try these for a long time and they did not disappoint! I have previously always worn the freedom 5 from Saucony but post pregnancy found my toes were getting too squished after long runs. I hesitantly decided to give these a try and have been so happy with how they feel. They feel very natural while still being cushioned. I didn't need any "break in" time, they felt good instantly. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a shoe with a little more space for their toes while still having their ankle supported.

This shoe is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I bought a 10W bc i have a wide toe box. I love that Altra shoes have a smaller heal also. The shoe is a bit big with just socks but I wear compression hose ( toeless) and a pr of running ankle socks, i also have 3/4 length lifts for my flat feet...with all that the shoe fits perfect. If i could go without all that and my toes not hurt from arthritis i would probably skip the wide.Im very happy with my purchase, I hope they last longer than my old altra shoes did Torrin 5, these seem like they are made better. 4 stars bc no shoe should be 120.00
