Cómo usar tu Bivvy
Prepárate para lo peor con un vivacy sobrevive al aire libre. Si se ve obligado a pasar una noche inesperada al aire libre, un vivero va a mejorar sus probabilidades de supervivencia.
Para noches superiores a 10 °C, deja el saco de dormir en casa y viaja ultraligero con un vivero. Proporciona la cantidad justa de calor.
Aísla tu saco de dormir y protege tu bolso y a ti mismo de los elementos añadiendo un vivvy como una funda.

Utilizzato per un trekking di te giorni in Sardegna in inverno. Abbiamo dormito in un rifugio piuttosto freddo, fuori nevicava. Alcuni compagni erano al limite con i loro sacchi a pelo uguali al mio, che in generale sono un po' "ottimisti" nelle performance promesse. Per me é stato prezioso utilizzato esternamente al sacco a pelo, fornendo alcuni gradi in più di temperatura rispetto a quanto riportato nella range di comfort. Internamente é costituito da uno strato al alta riflettivitá che ri irradia il calore emesso dal corpo. Di conseguenza la differenza si nota immediatamente una volta indossato. É leggerissimo e compatto da trasportare ma molto ampio una volta aperto, non si é costretti durante il sonno e arriva abbondantemente fino alla testa (io sono 180) e non si attorciglia se ti giri. In effetti il tessuto sembra più robusto di quello che é, e dopo alcuni utilizzi ho notato un piccolo strappo, ma non credo che avanzerà molto. Il tessuto non fa rumore durante i movimenti nel sacco ed é morbido al tatto. A mio avviso é un articolo che da molta tranquillità e sicurezza e comfort. Esiste anche una versione deluxe con zip ma tutto sommato questo é perfetto. In conclusione ho avuto la sensazione che l'incremento di ingombro nello zaino di questo articolo sia comunque inferiore a quello di dover utilizzare un sacco a pelo più performante. Consigliatissimo

Ok, if you have never installed one of these there are a couple of things you need to know. First, you need to install the lock the correct way. Each one is different so just try it both ways. Next what I found to be the ideal way to install the lock is for that arm to go all way thru and the inside latch inserts onto it. If its too long, take your pliers and bend back and forth at the crease till it breaks. Apply even pressure when putting in the screws and don't overtighten them. Most important, get graphite spray and really coat that lock before installation. I'm old and crazy and still did it so anybody can!

Just wanted to add a lock to existing patio latch. I just payed attention to the measurements and dimensions. It took about 30 minutes to swap out the exterior hardware. You’ll definitely want a dremel tool with cutoff wheel (for adjusting the length of the keyway shaft). Now I am able to lock the patio door from the outside. Seems sturdy enough and very well made. Time will be the true test.

De tamaño compacto y muy aislante, además lo buenos fue tiene este modelo es que es algo transpirable…, lo cual ayuda a que no sea tan agobiante su uso

Just buy one.It packs away to the size of a pop can. It weighs next to nothing. It can be used to reflect heat away from you in the summer or add 10°C if you're camping in the cold. You can put it around your sleeping pad to insulate you from the ground. It doesn't make the crackling noise that regular emergency blankets make and it allows *some* breathability.In the cold it is best used between your sleeping clothes/sleeping bag liner and the sleeping bag so it is able to reflect infrared heat back to you but isn't exposed to the cold air directly where it can form condensation.For it's size and weight it should be kept in every camping kit and a couple in the emergency kit in your car.

This installed very easy. It's sturdy..locks and unlocks perfectly. I'm in ont Canada and I searched every hardware store and could not find one that fit. This one fits perfect.. didn't have to change the inside hardware..it was that easy. I'm very happy with it... the handle is bigger then the original and is so easy to grab to open and close..I'm very pleased!!

Es una bolsa sencilla no es del todo un vivac, no tiene cierre o jaretas que ayude a encapsularte para que no pierdas el poco o mucho calor que genere tu cuerpo, más bien es para cubrirse de inclemencias del tiempo básicas ya que no se ve que sea nada permeable, por adentro tiene un color plateado alguna especie de pintura semimetalica pero no siento que ayude a reflejar el calor sobre uno mismo, el largo me pare bueno pero el ancho será para alguien floco o talla mediana no más de un talla 38 está muy justa, no hay espacio para moverse, entras desde arriba deslizándose lentamente para no romper las costuras ahora sí que como te pones el calcetín algo así, a menos que lo uses con un slepping de momia estaría bien ya que de esa manera no perderías calor, con un rectangular y que no cierre bien de arriba pasarás frío. El tamaño ya doblado es de una lata de refresco de alumino.Creo que esto es ideal para el verano y bajo techo

Excelente manta termica probada en los volcanes de México como Iztaccihuatl, Pico de Orizaba y Nevado de Toluca, brinda gran aislamiento y evita la perdidad de calor corporal, especialmente por la noche o en condiciones de tormeta.

worked great...we went hiking Mount Haleakala this summer and the cabins we were in didn't have the best insulation...outside temps mid 30's to 40's...everyone else hiked in with huge sleeping bags I took this little bivvy the size of a soda can the scout master didn't think it would be enough so I tested it in the walking freezer at Costco...temp 40 degrees and it was nice and toasty inside...thats me in the picture I am 5'10" 160 pounds I was wearing a tee shirt and shorts in that picture...all I wore up there was Nike Thermo pants and Nike Thermo long sleeve shirt and a Merino wool cap along with the bivvy at night...never got cold once...because this is the "Lite" there isn't a zipper to get in and out and there is a small tear now on the top...I think next time I am going to get the model with the zipper
