If you want a strong, solid connection that is waterproof, this is the product. Heat shrink with glue that activates as you shrink. I’ve been using these connectors for boating for many years. And, this was a fraction of the cost that most boating and marine vendors sell this same product for. Novice advice - use a good pair of crimpers and be sure to test your connection before you heat it up. Once you shrink your connection it will cool and dry hard as rock, only way to correct bad connection will be to cut it off and try again!

I “only” use Ancor products for wiring needs on my boat. Every Ancor termination I have used work as expected. You will not be dissatisfied with Ancor products. Highly recommended👍

I used these heat shrink butt connectors to wire some trailer lights on my boat trailer. I chose these heat shrink connectors because they are waterproof once you complete the heat shrink process. They worked well in combination with the Ancor automatic wire strippers and the Ancor crimpers to get the job done with ease. I am very pleased with the Ancor products, and would recommend them to anyone who needs to do an electrical job.
