It’s a nice looking faucet we bought for our bathroom remodel. It arrived in time but was missing a washer. Also, the hanger for the handheld has a cheapie plastic piece that falls out easily. We’ll probably glue it in. Not bad for a budget remodel, but make sure you have all the pieces before you start so there are no surprise visits to the hardware store.

We received great customer service on this product. The faucet itself is beautiful but unfortunately the water supply lines sent “cracked” and caused a leak. Luckily we found it in time so no damage was done. We’re unsure if it was a bad water supply line or the paid plumber tighten the nut too tight… regardless this company came through and made sure we were taken care of.They sent new water supply lines customized to the length we needed to get through our subfloor into crawl space. I highly suggested measuring the length of water supply you would need when ordering this product. If any problems would to happen I’m confident to say this company will take care of you, at no cost.

I unfortunately received a broken water line (Comes with two) I really needed one very quickly because I had a small leak because of it, and I had to keep turning the water off to my whole house when we were using it.I explained my situation to the customer service, and they got me the water line a day later. Support fast, very professional, and an insane response time. If you have an issue with anything hit these guys up and they will get back to you very quickly. I know have mine installed and my wife/kids love it, and we enjoy it a lot! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!! Quick tip for some of you, if you get this, assemble the whole thing before you try to install. I tried installing this piece by piece and it did not go well for me. Assemble the whole thing out of the box, connect the water lines to your water, and then put it in place! Super easy! Affordable! Good Quality.

Really a poor design. Have to be very careful with handheld setting. If it’s “on” and mounted, will spray across bathroom! Should have had a second switch for that part.
