Short term solution, I installed this same regulator a year ago in a BMW, and it failed after light use.. I installed a new one now, and if this one fails, I won't purchase his brand anymore.

Item fits and works in 2009 e90 sedan rear position. Dont forget to re calibrate the window after installation which took a few tries. Time will tell regarding longevity.

BMW 2012 328i turbo. 2/3 holes line up. You can cut the middle threaded stud off and just use the mounts at each end. It works. To get the old one out I had to drill the plastic tab out of the hole in the bottom of the glass. This new unit has a clip that grips the glass. It doesn't use the hole in the glass. A proper one for this car is triple the price so I made this work. I had to file the upper hole up about 1/8 inch. My scanner wasn't able to program it and set its limits but it works.
