This unit works well and has so far allowed me to reduce the use of my apartment central A.C. by around 2/3! But do keep in mind it will not send a true chill of air like a normal A.C. would.

Did not come with Australian power plug. Still waiting to get an adaptor because we live hours away from shops. Not sure how good it is but it was not cheap and should have come with appropriate plug. Not impressed

This machine is an absolute lifesaver during the heat waves we've been having! If you follow the instructions it works like a charm. I set it up on my work desk and it kept my space very cool and pleasant!Features:-Unnecessary but fun led light feature (you can change between several different colors)-Different levels of coolness and powerRecommendations:-Freeze the block for at least an hour to make it last longer-Check on your water levels for the machine. At second power (and no boost) the water was almost out in a couple of hours for me, so I had to refill if I was using it for my entire work day.Overall, really great purchase. I was very pleased and grateful!

NOT recommended. This product is not worth the price at all. It came with the wrong plug, meaning an adapter had to be used. VERY noisy even on the lowest fan speed. The only 'cooling' part about it is the mist sprayers which only spray about 10cm in front of the unit. Definitely not XL it is tiny, not much bigger than a tissue box. Extremely under whelming product and i would stay clear. its defiantly better value to invest in a proper portable air conditioner than this junk. Any other bad reviews this product has are going to be correct as well. Steer clear. I CANT EVEN RETURN IT BECAUSE OF WHERE I LIVE. I WOULD HAVE TO PAY ALMOST HALF THE COST OF THE UNIT TO RETURN IT.
