This lacing pony is on the small side. The device used for tension is not very strong and what ever you are holding between the clamp may move. Also, there is nothing to brace the entire unit firmly to a table or something. I am going have to do some modifications to make this better.On the other hand, the customer service from this company is very good. They quickly responded to my complaint and have worked with me. It is appreciated that customer service still exists.It will serve its purpose, and is a value for the price.

Not stable. No real surface to get a clamp on. Velcro did not hold any better.Ended up getting frustrated and chucking it across the room.Build quality is good, just not a great design. At least not for what I need.
