These are a must for the job site. What is nice as they fit good they're light so they're not hot. On really hothumid days. My favorite thing is the pocket is just the right size for your phone to be on your chest so you can hear when it rings inside machinery. I have two of them

This vest is a GAME CHANGER!! First day wearing it at work and I already feel the difference. Working at a warehouse can get hot sometimes and the vest my job provided for me felt like an extra layer of cloth it was so thick and heavy. This vest is light weight and has plenty of pockets for all your needs. I would recommend to go up a size I'm glad I read some reviews and went up in size cuz it fits perfect. 10/10 might buy another color to keep as a back up.
