This vacuum is awesome! I run a sole proprietor residential cleaning business and this was to replace my old faithful Dyson canisters that were so heavy that it was causing physical problems. I love not having to lug anything up and downstairs anymore and with a high quality flexible 50' extension, I can do most large homes with only one outlet change. The suction is surprisingly great, even with a full bag. I love not having to change heads from low pile carpet to floors, I just have to step on the switcher. The carpet head isn't as good as an electrical powered head but still does the job. I wasn't sure when I purchased it if it was going to be able to handle the load of 16 clients but it turned out to be the best decision for my physical wellbeing and for doing a good job.

It was NOT noted in the listing that it would come with US power plug & needed a power converter & US extension to be able to plug it in. Due to preplanned travelling it took me a few weeks to source & get delivery of the additional items. I plug it all in after following all manuals... it does NT work! Seller would not discuss, just stated too late for return... no help, no refund, no info for local repair service person... no help! Do not buy.

Great value, good for commerical or personal use. Not to loud, suction is great. You need to buy a extension cord.

Es fácil de usar. No estorba, no la tengo que cargar con la mano ya que es de mochila, funciona perfectamente bien y aspira con potencia y adecuadamente. Trae muchos aditamentos para lugares difíciles de alcanzar. Desde que la compré, ya no tengo pelos de mi perrita por todo mi hogar. Es más rápido quitar el polvo, ahora ya casi no uso mi escoba. ES LA TERCERA QUE COMPRO, UNA PARA MI CASA DE LA PLAYA Y LA OTRA COMO EL PERFECTO REGALO DE BODAS DE MI MEJOR AMIGO QUE SE CASARÁ EN 3 SEMANAS!

Really lightweight and comfortable with powerful suction.A great choice of attachments and nice ergonomic wand.My only issue is the right side shoulder strap keeps coming undone and won't stay tight.Otherwise I'm very happy with my purchase.
