I got the womens/youth size ball, which is 2.2 lbs. It doesn't sound like much, but it's a nice amount heavier than a standard ball to add resistance to your drills. Doing pounds and dribbling exercises with this, it's a great way to build up your strength and speed. Then you switch to a regular ball and everything feels so easy! The ball bounces well when filled to 8 psi, and feels like it's made of a nice material. Great buy for anyone trying to improve their game!
