Battery fits perfectly. Works perfectly. Is made as well, or better, than the original. USB charging works great. Highly recommend!

It works for what is intended. So far after four weeks it has held its charge with no issues.
Can this be activated through straight talk ?

works great for second battery for my UV17 Pro GPS. Battery will not fit in the charger stand. Use the USB-C on the back to charge. May try to 3d print an adapter for the charger stand as the battery will charge much faster

Fits my UV-17Pro GPS, has screw with rubber seal. However, this battery is only 1500mAh which is LESS than stock battery that came with radio. OEM battery with UV-17Pro series is 1800mAH, check the battery label. Originally it was advertised as "High Capacity" so I purchased one thinking it was higher than stock. Not the case, it it lower capacity than stock. Contacted seller who tried to tell me stock batteries are 1500mAh when the batteries are stamped 1800mAh in label. That is due to having GPS, etc and those do not last very long due to the 1800mAh. If you want a backup battery that fits, this one does. However, for $15 more, you can buy complete radio, charger, battery, etc on a website for $40. So $20 for an inferior battery is not a good deal afterall. It explains why there is only my review.
