Very bad quality I would send no star …don’t buy it.

I had an area in a bachelor apartment I needed to segment from the rest of the apartment and no real way to install anything permanent so I went with this solution and a set of blackout curtains.It’s doing an excellent job. One thing I appreciate is the area you snap the rod into place is a standard 1” so I was able to buy an extra long cross beam which I replaced the one that came with the kit. I needed to do this since the area I had to segment was much wider than the included cross beam. I could have used 2 of these but that would’ve looked pretty awful and the extra vertical stands would’ve taken up extra space.My only complaint is I think it’s overpriced. Also it’s not the most attractive thing.Overall though it does exactly what I wanted it to do so I’m happy. I bought additional ones to add blackout curtains to my windows and sliding door again because a permanent solution wasn’t viable.I’d recommend it if you have similar needs and can live with it not being the most attractive solution.I hope you found this review helpful.

this worked perfectly to divide a bedroom for two boys. My sons have their own space now.

Missing 1/4 inch - does not have a spring in the product as per picture. Had to return and try another brand

I have another vertical tension rod which was rather difficult to set up, the rod in the middle has to be screwed in at both ends. I makes adjusting it hard and cumbersome.This one is easy, simple actually, to put together. I did it myself. The other one required 2 people to set up and move.The height of this set is adjustable by segmented sections which are twisted together. The tension is one section which is very easy to adjust once the other segments are together. The center rod is also adjustable in segments.The one thing I like best is that the center rod rests on a basket which is part of the tension rod vertical poles. So changing the position and/or the curtain is very easy. You can remove it without taking down the poles and that makes it easy to change the curtains.When it is standing it is very sturdy and doesn't wobble or topple at all. To move the poles simple twist the tension section and loosen it.It was worth every penny for its simplicity and usefulness. I give it 5 stars
