YES! This is probably my third "waterproof" speaker so I can listen to music in the shower (the acoustics are great, okay?) and it's this far the ONLY actually waterproof speaker I've had.I've only had it for a few days, but when something's exciting, I like to post about it. This is worth my time to write.Is it the loudest? No. The speakers can fill with water and it distorts and mutes the sound. (Shake the water out or let the sound vibrate it out. Either works if you're too rushed to let it dry.) The connection is okay - good. I didn't really care about fancy lights or whatever. I just wanted something to work. Does it work? YES.I could definitely go for better sound. The suction cup was also disappointing, but I didn't plan on using it in the first place.But oh sweet L-rd, this actually worked.

I must say when I got this product I thought it would be much larger. Even though it is a little smaller than I expected, it has become one of my favorite speakers. I take it everywhere with me! When I am in the pool, I throw it in the middle and it sounds awesome. It also lights up and is very cool at night. It has FM radio but I do not use it much because I do find it a little hard to change from station to station. So I just use bluetooth and put the radio on through my phone. Overall it is a loud speaker for its size and is great sounding in water.

I haven't tried submerging it, but it works great in my shower. It still gets pretty wet and even soapy, but I've never had a problem with sound or function. So far, it's held charge pretty well. I would say that I have to charge it once every other week, and we use it on average for about 10-minute shower, 5 days a week. The volume goes up really high, too, so you can hear the music easily over the shower. I haven't tried answering calls with it yet, but all the other buttons work fine and are easy to use.Just be aware that if you have it paired with more than one phone and both are within range when you turn it on, then you may have a problem with it connecting to the wrong phone, lol.

First, I'll address a couple complaints. Some reviews talk about the volume up and next song or previous song and volume down. Simple fix.. Turn the volume all the way up on the speaker and control the volume with your phone. I'm not in the shower long enough to want music, so it's not an issue.I don't know why anyone thought it should light up a room. It's just a cool feature.With all that said. I installed it on my Sea Doo (jet ski). I'm not stupid to think a suction cup should hold it on, while doing 70mph on the ocean. Surprisingly it did hold. I wrapped the power cord between the speaker and the suction cup. It stiffened it up that it's solid and doesn't move at all now. I did a zip tie, just because I don't want to lose it.It's loud enough on my watercraft, so it'll be plenty loud everywhere else. The breathing LED's are a cool extra feature. Especially at dusk. Makes everyone wonder what the neck is that.I recommend it. Is it a Bose speaker.. No, but it has bass and clarity with good volume at the price it should be. Want a cool speaker that makes everyone look this is it.

Sound quality is good and it's nice and loud, but this speaker has a couple of really annoying features.1) When the battery gets low, it says "battery low, please charge." Fine, but it cuts off the music to say this every 30 seconds for about 5 minutes and then just cuts off. For a speaker that's waterproof, they know people are going to be using it in the shower, why not have it give a low battery warning 15 minutes before it dies so you know to charge it after you get out? Since nags you every 30 seconds and then just croaks, it's really no better than if it just randomly died. Trying to listen to music is useless once it starts nagging you, and you don't have much time to get it to a charger after the alerts start.2) You have to hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on. Why can't it just turn on with a single press? If you take a shower every day and have to hold power for 3 seconds each day, that means that every year you spend almost 18 minutes standing around holding the power on. Double that if you want to turn it off instead of just letting it turn itself off automatically.3) When you turn it up all the way, the speaker stops the music and says, "maximum volume." Why can't it just say that softly underneath the music, or have a little indicator chime? Every time you crank it up, you have to have a break in the tunes while it says this.4) This speaker has no memory. So if you like a certain LED color or a certain volume, tough luck. Every time you turn it on, you have to go back and select the light color again and turn it up or down. Why can't it just remember the last setting you used and keep it until you change it?You get a good sound out of this, but using it is more annoying than it needs to be.
