It arrived well packed in a nice box with about a half charge on it, . Fit pefectly in my Dell 13 inch Insperation and after installing it the computer started right up. It was holding a 50% charged when I first turned on the computer after the install Per the instruction I completely dischared and recharged it 4 times. Each time the battey charged up fine, and ran the computer over 6 hours before it went dead. It is currently working better than the original battery from when my laptop was new. Lets hope it holds up, So it certainly was worth the few dollars more I paid for it over the less expensive ones shown here on Amazon, I assume that since I did not want to take a chance of choosing an inferior one and all the hastle then involved in retiuning it and starting over, etc. It ceratinly has turned out to better deal than the $119 cost of a Dell Branded replacement battery. since its working so well. Also it arrived within 24 Hours after I ordered it with just normal Prime Delivery.

We purchased this battery as a replacement for my daughters laptop that she used for her undergrad degree. The laptop is still working after four years of use, just the original battery would not hold a charge so we bought this battery. Best investment to extend the use/life of her laptop now for grad school. She no longer needs to be tethered to an outlet.

Worth the money. Easy to install. The only annoying part is the instructions for optimal use which require like an initial 12 hour charge and the first few times you use it you have to let it drain the battery completely.

Installed easily and fit well. Battery life seems pretty decent, though I feel like it's not a good as my original Dell battery. Either way, considering that it's half the price of getting an actual Dell battery, I accept the lower run time.

The battery was shipped quickly and fits perfectly into the Dell laptop. I could not order this replacement at Dell (from what I could find) and this was a perfect alternative for it. It was the exact size and fitted perfectly into the Inspiron 13 7000. Replacing it took a few screws but was very easy to do.
