I bought this as a gift for my farrier and it seems like a nice rasp, but the packaging that it arrived in was not good. Despite it saying new, it was a bit dirty and crumpled, as if it had been left out in the rain

I've been using diamond brand rasps for a couple decades. I decided to try this new brand because of the great reviews. And I can say that it is my new favorite rasp! It not only removes enough material with each stroke to be productive, but it felt smooth as butter and the "bite" doesn't snag, it glides smoothly across. Both sides of the rasp are sharp and do the job well. I'm glad I tried this one! Highly recommended.

I really liked the use of the wide width. But the rasp didn't stay sharp long enough and I was disappointed it didn't last long enough as other Bellota rasps I've bought, which I feel are the best of brands.

Seems competitive with other brands. Fyi, the cheaper the rasp the more quickly it dulls & you need to buy another. This one seems to last thru more horses than cheaper brands

Esta escofina al abrirla destila calidad.Convenientemente envuelta en papel con aceite. Se nota que raspara madera con eficiencia. Hecha en Portugal.
