Hard to beat for the price!!This rod isn’t anything special and that’s what I love about it. Handles up to 4oz decently, it’s a little wobbly not too stout, but perfect for cut bait fishing which is what I use it for.I’ve put this rod through it’s paces on the river striper fishing in some heavy current. Casts well enough I have it paired to a Quantim Optix 60 reel (another insane deal of a reel) with 50lb hi-vis braid. I even tried crab snaring with it, probably won’t do that again as I’m throwing at least 8oz snares BUT it handled it lol.Also we landed this nice striper on the setup and it handled well. I’d say give it a go it’s a solid go to rod for bait fishing or to let a friend use and you don’t really need to worry about it getting messed up.

Great rod, study, well built, just the right flex, casts well and handles larger fish well excellent construction.

NORTHERN PIKES JUST GIVE UP WHEN THEY SEE THIS ROD. Also, ending a crappie while bashing it back and forth on top of the water to get your hook clean of these fish is super easy. Strong bash capacity. Great fish disintegrator. Crappie paste maker. Makes the toddlers cry alot especially when using racist swear words and just going nuts in front of them while they are dock fishing. Awesome and best rod yet. My clan brothers love this rod. We save alot of people from drowning with our rods. Some of our clan brother's don't. CLAYTON BIGSBY IS OUR GOD AND SAVIOR.
