I really like the style of this short, not so crazy about the fabric, but that is on me. I believe the majority of females will love the fabric - so, it's a matter of personal taste. Having said that's the fabric washed well, it is soft, comfortable and kept its shape. I hung it to dry rather than place in the dryer, but it will be fine dried. I am 175 lbs, 40 Inch waist, 45 inch hips. The sizing for XXL is for 35-37 inch waist, 45-47 hips. You can see the stretch with some 'overhang' for my bigger waist, but just do not tuck in your top; wear it out. As you can see in the picture, it stretched and is easily wearable with an untucked shirt. Also, I like the side pockets really well. No opinion. on the back, waist pocket because I would not be able to put much in it since I am 'stretching' it out. Overall, this seems like a really good short for this summer.

These have been my go to shorts the past few days. They are super comfortable, not binding at my waist and the legs don't ride up or constrict. The legs aren't too loose either, making them flattering on my frame. They have three different pockets, the back pocket is zippered, which is really nice.The only reason they get four stars and not five is the color in the picture for the purple ones is darker than what they are in person. In person, they are much more of a skin tone mauve color. I worry that, from a distance, it will look like I don't have any pants on. If I would've known, I would've ordered a different color.

Wow. I needed some new exercise shorts and tried this on a whim. These are GREAT. The fabric is super soft! It feels very durable without being too thick that it would be too warm for the summer. The fit is good, seems true to size. The drawstring is adjustable so that helps if these end up a little big or small on you. Not to be forgotten, they have BIG POCKETS. So rare for most women's clothing... I am very happy with these shorts and will definitely be ordering additional pairs.

Nice and comfortable shorts for workouts, running, and lounging. Made in China. 75% polyamide. 25% elastane. Fabric is cool to the touch, nice, and soft with a decent thickness and seems durable. One secret zippered pocket in the back waistline for say credit cards, cash, IDs, etc... Not large enough for a phone. Two side pockets in front. Very functional. The cut and materials are very similar to a tight yoga or bike shorts. However, I feel the intention of these shorts is to be worn loosely like a pair of athletic shorts which it is quite good and comfortable to wear. Not see-through since the fabric is nice and thick.

These shorts are like looser-fitting bike shorts. They are of the same kind of lycra/spandex as leggings or yoga pants but they don't fit as close to the body. I don't think I'd wear them on any setting other than a gym/yoga studio/around the house, but they would make a good alternative to a slip under a skirt or dress.
