I ordered these lights , and it was a complete disappointment. Right from the start, the fan made strange noises, and after just two minutes, there was a burning smell, and it completely stopped working. The product has a defect. As a loyal Amazon customer, I expect better quality. I need a refund immediately.

Lights work great. There are 2 issues if I had know I would not have bought them. 1. There really in not shut off button. It say to put it to black and it shuts it off. Not really, the fan never, I mean never shuts off. I put it to black and 2 hours later the fan was still going. I put them up on my 14 foot high ceiling, which meant that if I wanted to shut them off, I would have to climb a ladder and unplug them every time I wanted to fully shut them off and then back up to put them on. 2. They emit a loud fan noise. I could not record audio without the fan noise in the background. I really hoped they would have been able to be shut completely off and not have such a loud sound, after all they are just lights. I am returning them today as I am still within the 30 day return period.

This light is very bright for what it is. I was happily surprised. You can see from the pictures how much coverage you get with this thing. The pics show the basic red, green, and blue settings as set from the remote. A note on the remote: It's really, really finicky. Don't expect to change it in the middle of a DJ set. The remote has to be pointed at exactly the right spot on the light to make it work. At first, I thought the remote just didn't work. Eventually I found the right spot, though.As for the different scenes, they seem to work as expected. The music scene, however, doesn't really appear to do much, though I haven't worked with it a whole lot. FADE gently fades from one color to the next, JUMP jarringly jumps from one color to the next. PULSE starts with a desaturated color and fades to a saturated state, then jumps to a new desaturated color. The light also has the capability, via the remote, to adjust the individual RGB values to set it to any static color you desire. The remote's functionality seems great, I just wish the sensor was in a better place.Overall, this seems like a pretty good value to me. I'm interested to see how well it works with a DMX controller. Maybe I'll update when I've tested that.
