I have had a long reach cable type for years and it usually gets the job done. There are many situations though where the spring clamp has been placed such that access is very restricted. That usually involves time, various pliers and bloodied knuckles. These have helped a lot as they are also angled but it does mean there are situations where the anvils need to be swapped and the tiny circlips used make it a bit of a tedious process.
