We love this fan in our two story ceiling family room for summer and winter. However, the remote is lost and I cannot for the life of me find how to contact the manufacturer to order a replacement. Therefore we are dead in the water. Are there any suggestions out there? Thx!

We have a 10-foot ceiling and an 18 x 30-foot room. We needed a large fan. We love the fact that it's virtually silent. With 8 blades and 6 speeds you can have as much air movement or as little movement as you want. Our guests are always surprised by its size and how well it works. Beautiful. Highly recommended.

I think this is my 4th or 5th one. I give them as gifts now! Haha They're that good. My brother is doing a remodel in his home office and I'm gifting this fan. I gifted my parents one for their loving room. I have a couple in my house. Just get it- you'll love it.

I put of two of these fans in my 3 car garage. I wanted fans that would move air over the boat we store in there after days on the lake and fans to slowly move air from the garage heater in the winter. With 6 fan speed it moves plenty of air on high yet slow and virtually silent on the lowest setting. Installation wasn’t too bad. I had to cut the down rods shorter for my application and the last little trim ring was a bit of pain to get on to due to its design and having to slip onto 2 screws. The screws have to be just the right depth to apply enough pressure but not to much as to not to be able to slip the trim piece on. All in all I would definitely recommend these fan for garage use. Seems like decent materials and the fact that the blades are aluminum is a real plus for garage use

We planned ahead and bought ceiling fans to install in our new house as soon as we got the keys. Neither of our previous houses came with ceilings fans, so we've bought and installed a lot of them without much emotion- they're just ceiling fans. I look at price and whether they're easy to clean (sleek vs all the nooks and crannies)- pick a fan... then forget about it.Until Joyeuse (named after a sword from final fantasy online- my husband and I met playing that game). I searched for 70"+ inch fans and almost lost my mind when I saw how expensive they could be (we saw some near $1000.... for a FAN)... I was scrolling through, looking for the best deal when I saw the blades on this one and instantly fell in love. I had no idea I could have such strong feelings for a ceiling fan, but I couldn't stop thinking about it and scheduled a visit to my new home under construction to measure the room to make sure it was big enough to accommodate this humongous fan!I literally jumped up and down and did a happy dance when it arrived- about a week before we got keys.I sang the ninja rap song and made up songs about blades as we assembled it- you might think I'm exaggerating, but I am not!It does take some time to turn on- it's a huge fan with lots of blades and needs to build up some momentum... but I started it at lvl 3 first.THE POWER!! THE SILENCE!!! THE BEAUTY!!It blew the packaging trash all over the room. We will not be able to do paperwork or read books with this thing on past level 1... no knick knacks can be kept in the room.It's going to be AMAZING when we have the family over and need to keep everyone cool.I posted a video on my FB page, and my friends who can't even feel the power are all clamoring for one now too. I squeal when I show it off to the family that has come to see it so far.I can't even put it on lvl 6 right now because of all the stuff floating in the room from unpacking.I'm a HUGE FAN of Joyeuse.. if you have a great room that needs to be kept cool... I highly recommend this fan!

Cuidado con este vendedor porque no contesta absolutamente nada. Además, si pierdes el control remoto, te quedaste sin abanico porque no venden repuestosOtro problema fue hacerlo arrancar dado que el instructivo viene en inglés con lenguaje técnico, fue un gran problema dado que la compañía que lo hace no tiene una página web a donde comunicarse lo que me hace temer que si se llega a descomponer prematuramente, no vas a encontrar quién se haga responsable por la garantía.En resumen, no compren a empresas fantasma.
