I have a used car business and do my own clean up. It does a good job on the carpet and upholstery.

I'm so confused. Does Bissell allow people to return used items to their warehouse? We ordered 2 different cleaners and both are new, in packages, and both products themselves, gift you with "dog, cat, gland oil urine." Going back.
