I've been using blenders for a long time. I make shakes with frozen fruits and vegetables which is VERY challenging for any blender. I've tried the other 2 big brands but they couldn't do it.Then I tried Blendtec. It does the best job and I'm especially happy to buy a product made here in the U.S.BUT if you're Blendtec and ur reading this, for goodness sake, can you please put a normal lid on the top. I'm having to keep the lid closed by holding my hand on it. Does that make any sense?

I've wanted real blender for a long time (your typical Oster type blender never really works). Finally I have a blender with POWER. My kids have made smoothies EVERY day since i got it and i make "frozen coffees" like Chick-fil-a's. Just add your ingredients (make sure you have some liquid in there), push the smoothie button and let it go. A minute later- perfect. It is loud. That's the only draw back. And it has several buttons that they really dont explain what they're for. That's why i gave 4 stars for easy to use - only bc the other buttons could be explained better in the instructions. This was definitely worth the money!

I make an average of 4 juice drinks a day and have for years. This blender does everything I need with ease. The first time I used one, my friend told me to put in two celery stalks. I was horrified thinking of the mess that would make, but I did what she asked and was amazed. Adding about a cup of water and blending created a glass of celery juice. I was sold. That was about 10 years ago. Along the way, one of my blenders stopped working. I called the company and even though I was a couple months past the five year warranty, they asked me to return my broken one and sent me what looked to me like a brand new blender. This kind of customer service is amazing! They now offer an 8 year warranty.

I love love love my Blendtec Blender. Did tell you I love my Blendtec. I used a nice little Osterizer for years and I just got use to having to clear the food at the bottom to mix in with everything else in the blender. This is not the problem with the Blendtec. It has amazing chopping power and you do have to scrap food down off the sides, but it is so fast it is a joy to use. I do love the red color also.

No sé que le pasa a amazon, que producto que veo un día , lo agrego al carrito luego lo guardo para decidirme por un día y luego le suben el precio drásticamente. Ayer este producto costaba 6800 pesos y hoy cuesta 8900. Deberían de respetar el precio que tenga uno ya en el carrito de compras. Injusto.
