The pillow itself is very comfortable with a generously-sized hole which allows an ear with bulky piercings to get in easily without compromising support. The pillowcase is a bit rough but not a dealbreaker, and I imagine it would be easy enough to use a regular pillowcase to line it as well.However, although the picture description seems to imply that it comes with a removable part to adjust the height as well as a foam insert to fill up the ear hole, this is not the case.

La almohada es bastante gruesa y rígida. Si no la necesitara, me resultaría demasiado incómoda para dormir. Sin embargo, la compré porque me hice una perforación helix, y el agujero me permite dormir de ese lado sin lastimarme.

This pillow was needed due to a Mohs surgical procedure on an ear. Worked out very well. There are less expensive options out there but this was worth the money.

EDIT: I loved so much that when the foam on my last one started to get tattered I decided to order 2, one for bed and one for couch naps. The satin case is a new option. I ordered one in satin and one with the classic white case. The foam insert that came with the satin case is significantly firmer than the ones I’ve ordered in the past and even the new one that came in a different case. I’m not sure if this means they are shifting to the firmer foam in the future or if it’s just with that case for some reason. It’s not as comfortable. Both are memory foam but the one that came with the satin case is much less forgiving. I still use it and it does the job but don’t love it like I have with the othersOriginal:I bought one a few years ago when I had new piercings. I never went back to using any other pillow. I even bring it with me when I travel because it’s the only way I sleep comfortably. I’ve had to replace it about once per year-ish because the foam will start to wear out or split eventually (or my dog will bite a chunk out of it lol). Wash the case cold and dry on cool setting (or best air dry) otherwise the case will shrink which will end up breaking the zipper. If you follow the instructions the case lasts. You can buy extra pillow cases directly from Blissbury‘s website so between that and the new case that comes when I buy a replacement I have plenty of extra cases. I only sleep on my side and it’s perfect for me. It is a bit thick if you sometimes sleep on your back. Would only recommend for side sleepers

So, so glad I bought this! It arrived incredibly quickly. Quality is excellent, perfect amount of softness; I’ve tried high end, expensive brands sold in the department stores which were too firm and uncomfortable to sleep on. I will repurchase again if needed. I’m even thinking of buying a second one for the car or travel. The cover is comfortable but I prefer my silk pillow case so I put this over it and it works great. I would love it Blissbury came out with silk covers for this model, I would definitely purchase as an add-on. Highly recommend for travel due to the size and comfort. Also recommend for anyone wanting to minimise trauma to healing piercings for side sleepers and ensure posts don’t end up wonky!

bought this to help sleep after getting 2 new piercings in both ears but this thing is actually so comfy i don’t think i will ever stop using it. the hole is the perfectly positioned and the right size so my ear lays perfectly in the hole while giving the rest of my head and neck the support it needs. the memory foam is firm enough to hold its shape and height but still soft to lay on and molds to your head. the only negative thing about it is having to get used to the air pressure of the hollowed area around my ear. it almost felt like i was on an airplane the first few times but it doesn’t bother me at all anymore. i spent so much time researching what piercing pillow to buy and even though this one is double the price of the cheap donut pillows i think it’s absolutely worth it. i can see myself actually using this for the full duration of the healing process! so glad to not have to sleep on my back for the next 6 months cuz that would actually kill me
