Cream of brown rice was a life saver when I found it. With my food allergies (gluten being predominant), breakfast has turned into a expensive mine field.Gentle on the stomach and exactly the carb I need to start my day off right.

I make a few cups of this every week and eat it for breakfast with some cheese or protein powder. It’s really tasty, like eating grits or malt-o-meal. It’s become one of my favorite foods because I can do so much with it, and it’s low calorie, whole grain, easy to digest, and satisfying. I will definitely buy this again.

This makes a wonderful creamy and healthy whole-grain breakfast. I make a big potful with some added raisins and then keep in the fridge. So easy to grab a bowl and microwave it. It makes my tummy happy. I’ve been enjoying it for over 20 years.
