This is our second one. We have made a dozen loaves of bread so far, and it has worked well. The previous paddle began to flake off the non=stick paint (as did the original paddle that came with the machine) very soon after use. Hopefully, this will be better. It was hard to find a paddle to fit our KBS breadmaker when we noticed the paint flaking. I will not recommend KBS for that reason.

I searched high and low for the original paddle, but couldn't find it anywhere. If it weren't for this replacement I would have had to buy a new bread maker. So much value in this little fella!

This paddle does not fit our Black and Decker breadmaker. The paddle is too long, but that was easily enough fixed by snipping off about 1/4" of it with my angle grinder. The D shaped hole in the paddle is in the right place to keep the paddles from colliding with one another (good, because we couldn't have fixed that!) but the hole is also too large, which we fixed by putting some aluminum foil on the drive pin. So with a little McGyvering, we managed to make it work- but to call these parts "universal" is just not accurate.There are numerous vendors selling what appear to be only 2 different designs of "universal" paddle. They're not universal. You can take a stab at it and return it if you have Prime if it doesn't fit, but the likely outcome is that you'll have to take the approach we did- or approach the OEM and get the right part for your machine. And pay more for shipping than we paid for this paddle...
