This thing overall works great and makes fantastic espresso. But it started leaking from the bottom of the unit (I'm assuming from one of the rubber "feet"). And not just a small leak; I'm talking "cover the entire bottom of the unit and start to warp the countertops" kind of leaking. I loved this thing overall because it's simple to use and makes great cups of espresso, but a problem like this, especially so new, is unacceptable. And after googling the issue it seems like this is a decently common problem with this model. Without this issue this is easily a 5 star product.

I had very very bad purchase experience with them. It's frustrating. Do not recommend you consider purchase this item from this seller even it is cheap.First of all, this product belongs prime, but it took two weeks to delivery to my location. And for some reason, it's going through USPS. It delays my order first, and USPS automatically sign off on my delivery. I have to go to the USPS store to look for my item.Second, this item is not power on after I set it up. I tried the trouble shooting and still not work. I get with the support, even I can refund this machine, but I will have to pay for higher price for repurchase. This is totally a horrible experience.

This machinery is very loud, louder than my children lol but I love every minute of it. Getting used to it was not a big deal, just have to read the instruction carefully though. Highly recommended this.

I like that it is solid and simple. The grinder does a good job measuring the coffee grounds and the quality of the brew is outstanding. I had a super auto that finally died. When I got this machine and made my first cup the difference was obvious.

This is the best espresso machine I have ever used. I had one before this purchase and it lasted me almost 10 years. It finally bit the dust so I purchased another one. These make coffee shop quality drinks. Heat up very quickly. They are just wonderful machines
