The spigot leaks. I had to replace its pathetic gasket, but still leaks a little from the aperture of the internal mechanism so I'll be buying another one that works. There's no tube whatsoever to attach to the spigot for bottling. There is no airlock also and the "revolutionary" air valve is a bad joke: a stopper of the value of 00.1 penny that pops out under pressure to be lost somewhere in the room. The fermenter it's not amber in colour (to protect from UVs) but instead absolutely clear. The conical shape could had been useful if there was some way to drill a hole in the bottom to fit a tap to discard trub, but instead the plastic has not been designed for it, so the fact that is conical has no or little benefits. There are just enough bottles in the kit to bottle 2 AMERICAN gallons of beer, not Imperial gallons, as you could imagine the measure was, being produced in NZ. If you use the kit to his full potential, you need more bottles. The air vent is big enough for an airlock (the one you are not provided with) but there is not way to fit a blown off pipe unless you modify with hazardous DIY involving drilling that it's going to go badly in most cases. The lead has no gasket, it's rough cheap black plastic and not hermetic, so again you have to adapt something of use Teflon tape. I haven't brewed anything yet in it because I'm still try to fix it, so I can't say anything about the beer kit with it. All in all it's not fully functional and very expensive for what it is. I had in the part the Coopers kit. I didn't like the idea of their Krausen ring, so I bought this one, but I have to say that the kit from Coopers it's fully functional and totally complete so it's so much better than this one from every point of view. Very disappointed.

First of all, the system is incredibly easy to use. The prophecy ale that comes with the product which I purchased is absolutely delicious. If you follow the instructions, you will have a perfect Brew. On another note, when I had a small problem with the gasket attached to the spigot, customer service contacted me within an hour after my initial email. I would highly recommend this product, if nothing else based upon its customer service but also upon its product.

I have used the fermenter two times now. It's really easy to clean and All the grub gos to the bottom. I would buy more of them but there a little expensive. 48 for the fermenter but it's 12 bucks for shipping that's 60$each you can get two fermmoster s for the same price. but they good looking and work well.

I really love the Brew Demon I have Purchased three of them their beer recipes are almost fail proof the flavors are great I would highly recommend this product any one.
