This is a great bag, an idea for what I want – possibly a little bit too big in terms of perfect size for fitting on my carry on, but great for putting your handbag inside, iPad, small cushion and all the bits and pieces you tend to add at the last minute to carry on a plane.I also used it for a weekend away already which proved very useful.Material is very sturdy and the usual good quality from this company I particularly like the fact it has two lots of handles short ones for just carrying in your hands and 2 shoulder ones if you need your hands to be free. I think we will get a lot of use from this and it will last a long time. I also like the fact that you can put a bottle of water and a nice good sized one in the pockets on the end.Of course it has a loop for putting over the handle of your karyon which is very helpful.Finally, I have put an iPad and tissue box next to it/in it so you can get an idea of size. It’s an 11 inch iPad.

I am trying to understand why the refund is taking so long. I initiated the refund on July 21 and dropped it off at Kohl's the next day. The reason for the return is that it was a larger bag than my wife anticipated. It was dropped off on July 22, and you received it on July 28 and you have delayed the refund three times. The bag was sent back in original bag it came in. I am getting upset the refund is taking so long. I will never order anything from Briggs and Riley again. We like the quality of the bag, but it was just too big. I trust you can resolve this issue ASAP.

I fly a lot and have had a number of other bags that looked similar to this one but the zippers broke on all of them. I don't check this bag, I take it as a carry on with a trolley but I do tend to fill it to the brim. Such a relief to have the super durable zipper, the expandable capacity and handy pockets, external ones large enough for passport and boarding pass, cell phone, etc. Of course, I love the trolley sleeve so I don't need to lug it on my shoulder. Really well-designed and exactly what I needed.

Spacious, good for international travel. I use the short handles to attach with a strap to the top of my B and R roller, which works better than inserting on the extended handles of roller bag. Computer pocket was too small for my laptop, but served other purposes. The additional interior pockets were just right, as were exterior pocket. I carried it on as my personal item and it fit under seat in business class, would be tight on aisle seat in most coach sections. It is quite large, even not extended. It is pricey but solid value when compared to other high end brands.
