**UPDATED REVIEW**After my initial review, the company reached out to me, offering a refund or a replacement pair. Since we had already purchased a second pair, we opted for the refund. Which we received right away. Highly impressed with the customer service! My husband still loves his boots because they're very comfortable and look great with practically anything he wears, but wears them less consistently to avoid any further tearing issues. Added 2 extra stars to my initial review!**INTIAL REVIEW**My husband LOVES these boots and bought a second pair to wear for different occasions. Unfortunately, after a few months of wear, one of the pairs has split at the seams and now his left foot gets wet. The zipper pulls also fell off but we just bought replacement pulls. Not a big deal to us, but someone out there might care. Thankful we purchased a second pair! But due to the split seams after a few months, I have to give these boots 2 stars as the ruined pair can no longer be worn.

I bought these boots knowing I wanted to use them for an upcoming trip to the cold Midwest.Packaging:This might not be your thing, but the packaging (for a shoe at this price point) is nice. Good start, so far.Feel/Support:As someone afflicted with foot/heel issues, my main concerns going into ownership were comfort and support. This shoe does NOT disappoint. Very comfortable midsole, fit true-to-size, and the warm padding around the ankles keep my feet cozy, especially during the trip in very cold Indianapolis.Style:The shoe looks very good, and while this wasn’t a real important deciding factor for me, I will say I got a fair amount of positive feedback from friends and one TSA agent in Dallas.Durability:While it’s only been about a month, I haven’t seen anything to suggest this shoe will lose any durability or comfort. I wear them x2-3 a week and it feels great each time.OVERALL:It doesn’t get better than this shoe and especially at the price point. To me, it doesn’t make sense to spend essentially double the price to get maybe 25% more from “brand name” boots.

The boots look fancy and are built in a rugged manner. The zipper on each side saves you the pain pain of slipping them on and using the laces. They are very easy to put on and the fur lining is warm. The black suede look authentic. I am very impressed with this company so far and have 3 pairs of different boots from them - all great.

Not bad for the price , I purchased the one with the fur interior half a size bigger to compensate for the fur and it fit perfectly. I read reviews that mentioned the boots making noise while walking,but it only happened on the first few steps for me, after that it didn't make any SpongeBob squeaks while walking. Overall; great price when on sale, comfortable and not bad looking.I HAVE BEEN WEARING THEM DAILY FOR WORK SINCE PURCHASED, AND THEY ARE HOLDING ON FINE , COMFORTABLE AND WARM .

I was never keen on buying anything from Bruno Marc. It seems like they mass produce every style of shoe, assembly line manufactured from China.But I caved and bought these, because they look good and they were very inexpensive.And I have to say, I am really happy with them. They look great, and are super comfortable. They are also true to size and seem to be well-made.For inexpensive shoes, that look much more expensive, they are a really good value.I would include a picture but take my word for it, they look just as good in real life as they do in the picture.
