It's a nice pouch. The compass is a nice bonus, but it's small and relies on you holding it level. I've used globe-style compasses that would be a more appropriate add-on to this sort of application.

Opening the pouch, I wanted to see if there was a water resistant barrier and the outer fabric has an inner lining that's totally laminated on. So yes, this is a true water resistant pouch. With that in mind, you can put any electronics within the pouch without worrying that it'll get damaged by rain or an accidental fall into the water. At least it will give you enough time before water really gets inside. If you really want to slow the water from going in, I recommend adding some sort of oil to the zipper and the seams to guarantee it. Other than that, this pouch is made very well with the best materials used. The stitching is done perfectly with no overruns or loose threads. As for the Molle system on the back, it's pretty solid on the snap as well as the hold with a 3/8" gap between the straps. A good pouch indeed and well worth it to save your electronics.

This is just big enough to fit my phone, key fob and a couple other small items which is exactly what I was looking for.I hike/walk a lot and needed something like this I could attach to my belt or outer water bladder backpack and this perfectly fit the bill.The metal buttons feel very sturdy and have a solid feeling clip in you can tell will be just fine no matter the terrain or jostling this pouch takes. The little flag velcro attachment was also a fun edition and really livens up the pouch and adds a nice patriotic flare to it.The compass seems a little touchy as far as you must be holding it completely level for it to point north but really not a big deal for me.

Exactly as described. This is a quality pouch with good stitching and thick materials. I used to strap onto my vehicle emergency bad using the molle straps, which works great. Heavy duty, dual zippers worked great even with a tight packing, never popped once. The cool moral patch area on front is always an added bonus for patches, as well at the molle strip allowing for more add ons, or a multi tool etc.I will likely get more of these as they are a good value for the money plus the different available colors allow me to pack specific ways for specific colors so then I can ID them from a far just by color.I highly recommend these as i've tried many others but these definitely seem like they will hold up nicely.

I love the Molle system. I think every pack or bag should have it at least somewhere to allow you to expand your storage options and versatility. There has been plenty of times when I had a bag that I wished had one more pocket on the outside that I could put something in that I needed to access more often than the things in the bag.This is a nice little standard Molle Pouch. The materials, zipper and stitching are good. It comes with a small compass and subdued Velcro American Flag to put on the Velcro patch on the pouch. The Velcro is of good quality and holds well. The Molle system on the back is an interesting design. Many Molle strap systems are spaced, but this one, and other nicer systems I have seen, fills in the gaps with extra Molle straps. This gives you more flexibility in mounting, but also allows you to wear this pouch on a belt. The snaps are of good quality. They do not take gorilla strength to get on and off, but they hold well when the system is in place on a belt or pack.The inside is one open space with a small pocket sewn into the side. The pocket on the inside is 4” wide and 6 ¼” from the bottom of the pocket to the top of the evenly closed pouch top. You could fit something taller than 6 ¼”, but the top of the closed pouch would pushed up. My phone with its case is 6 ¼” tall and it does fit with the zipper closed and top flat. I am not sure though that I would be 100% comfortable with how close it is to the top and possible impact damage. After more use I will just have to see how I feel about its fit in the pocket. The inside is lined with what appears to be some form of waterproof lining. Only the bottom and front and back are lined and some stitching goes through the lining. This pouch is not water proof.So I find this to be a well-made and versatile pouch. It can use attached to a belt, anything with Molle, or if you want it has a spot for a D-Ring. The size is not too big for wearing on a belt and big enough to be useful on a pack or bag. This is a neat little pouch to add to my kit.
