Love the product. First one we got the power button stopped working on the first use, so we had to keep it charging at all times. Then it started to dribble, cleaning the filter helped. Then it totally stopped working. This was less than a month of use. Reached out to customer service and they were INCREDIBLE. They reached out multiple times. Tried helping fix the item. Then sent a new product. And checked with the satisfaction after receiving it. I’m impressed by that alone.I like using the sprayer to rinse my daughter’s hair (she’s sensitive to water pressure) and it’s much easier than pouring water on her head. I love that I can put it right against her scalp (it’s a smooth surface). She likes playing with it, I’m looking forward to having her use it in our pool.

This product works when it wants to. It was fine for the first month. After that it will not hold a charge. I believe that the issue is after I'm done with the product I can not shut it off or the automatic shut off also will not work. When the product works correctly it is exactly what I was looking for. But since my return window is closed I have a peace of garbage.I would look elsewhere before buying this product.

Not water resistant. Plug/seal at charging port did not completely close and allowed water in. Device broke within 2 uses. Very disappointed. Battery did hold a long charge and floats well. Filter feature on the intake is nice.
