I've got a big collection of cables but wanted a high quality one in a shorter length than I had. After doing a lot of research I wanted to try a Gotham cable and this is the best price I found other than making my own. If they come back in stock at these prices I'm going to replace a lot of my other cables with these so they match. It sounds good and has decent plugs.

The super low capacitance makes this is the best cable for piezo and other high impedance pick ups.

I replaced a 12 foot Monster Performer 500 instrument cable with this 6 footer for recording and for when I'm just playing at home. The improvement in tone is significant, particularly with clean tones. I also bought the 10 foot version of this same cable, and the improvement in tone is less significant, but still noticeable compared to the Monster--more noticeable than what you'd expect if you just shortened the same cable from 12 to 10 feet.In case you don't know, instrument cables dump varying amounts of treble from your tone if you use passive pickups, depending on the capacitance of the cable (lower is better). This cable is low capacitance, as well as fairly short, which means more of your treble will be preserved. This is what I mean by an "improvement" in tone.Note that if you have active pickups or a buffer built into your guitar you will probably not notice a difference in tone by switching cables.
