I am a caregiver for my husband and this alarm has been a great way to alert me when he needs help. It was easy to put together and the ring is loud enough for me to hear at night without my hearing aids on.i had a question for the company and their customer service responded immediately. Great buy for my dad and mom living next door. It worked well as a call bell when we felt them safe for me not being their 24/7 after a hospital discharge. Has brought a measure of comfort and ability for me to come home and work on a few things. As a caregiver, I recommend. Caregiving is stressful and full of things to do. When you have responsibility of 2 households, this can provide a measure of comfort when away from the wearer of the product.

I don't usually write product reviews, mostly because I am too busy being a caregiver to my husband who has PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy). But I just recently learned about this product from a caregiver support group. Now I feel the need to share this with other caregivers. I was skeptical, so I only purchased one call button and one receiver. It arrived yesterday, and so far it is FANTASTIC for our needs. My husband can no longer verbally communicate He can't call out for help), and he can't text a message quickly , so I could only leave his side for a few minutes at a time. I was constantly running up and down the stairs, or in and out of the house to check on him. This caregiver pager, gives me the freedom to move around the house and the outside property without worrying that he is in distress or needs something. This morning, I walked the perimeter of our property, and from every corner the alarm could be heard by those inside the house. Now I am sold, and plan to buy more buttons and receivers so I can strategically place them throughout our house. This single, large button, is very easy for my husband to press.Just a note that our Pager arrived without an English Instruction Manual, I contacted the company (CalltoU) and they immediately emailed the English Instructions. They are a pleasure to deal with. If you are a caregiver, who needs some peace of mind, I highly suggest you try this product. Good luck in your journey.

Great design, better than one I have. No range. I have a contemporary 2 story house - no plaster or metal in walls- and a different unit that works across house. This one won’t go through one wall!

I bought this to help my father be able to communicate with family throughout the different floors at home. He can't use the phone anymore. His hands are too unsteady. With one push of the button family is alerted to his need to speak to us. It was simple to set up...no experience necessary. I did have to replace batteries (included) within a week or so but otherwise a great device! Would definitely recommend for anyone caring for someone with multiple floor houses!
