All I can say is WOW.... These are now my very, very favorite shoes. I've had some fairly major surgeries on both my feet which actually left them two different widths. These shoes are incredible. Both feet slipped right in them effortlessly, they are very lightweight and extremely comfortable to walk in. And they don't look like the usual clunky men's shoes for those who have diabetic issues. And they came in my 9 1/2 size which a lot of the shoes like these don't do half sizes.

I need this type of shoe as I wear an AFO and these will allow the space. However, I cross my feet/ankles a lot and where my feet (shoes) touch each other, the material wears off. I'm in my 60s, so trying to kick the habit of crossing my ankles isn't going to work :) .

Works really well with my swollen feet. Easy to put on and take off due to the velcro strap and the wider style of the shoes.

Got these to have for some extra shoes as my favorite ones I wear every day are wearing out. I've had several foot surgeries and so am very picky about shoes and their comfort. When I saw these were made for plantar fasciitis and had a mesh top I thought they might work for me, turns out it has been a good fit so far. Yes I know they're technically marketed as a men's shoe and I'm a woman but my size is a 10 and I wear a wide shoe so these fit me just fine. They do come up a bit on the ankle but that's more a quirk for me that's less comfortable. The inside is nice and plush, they're stable to walk on and they lace well. They do have a blockier bottom so will give you lift if that's not something you're looking for. For me it's just fine even though I'm tall as it's more about the overall comfort and breathability which is good with the mesh. I'm happy with these shoes.

I have a bad ankle and I have to wear an Arizona boot for the rest of my life and these work perfectly with that. Happy camper!
