I am almost ashamed to admit, I had to review photos on the product page for this lanyard to see how to hook it up. It comes with a round and triangle ring along with the screw-on connector. I recently bought an Insta360 X4 and wanted a bit more security when I am shooting. This lanyard fits perfectly into the bottom of my camera and secures it firmly to my wrist.The lanyard is very comfortable and well constructed. It is pretty solid and can with stand exposure to water and the elements with ease. wanted one that one blend in with the invisible selfie-stick, so I went with the black one. One thing to keep in mind though is that this lanyard may be great connected directly to the camera, but I do not recommend it for a selfie stick, especially the loner ones. You may not lose your camera at the end of a selfie stick with the lanyard attached, but you are more than likely going to damage it. However, you may get away with it with shorter selfie sticks or high positions off the ground like sky diving, over a balcony, or zip lining. I would take possibly damaging my camera over losing it everyday.Anyway this is a nice lanyard to secure your camera to your person. Just be aware of the limitations you may face.

This wrist strap for my camera is very comfortable and of good quality. It's definitely lightweight compared to my older strap. It's easy to adjust and very versatile. It's been very durable and no complaints since purchase. It remains intact and sturdy. It's easy to install as well. The length is perfect and it just adds more security when you're trying to take pictures in public. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.

Got this for a trip out of the country to avoid having a camera stolen out of my hands or dropping it off an overlook.Really great quality. Fits my wrist great. However, I had it almost as tight as possible and my wrists are not small. For a child or teen, many women, or thin folks with small wrists, I'm not sure you'll be able to tighten it enough to feel secure trusting it.

So it works, but I didn't realize you have to use the screw hardware, so it's a little troublesome if you don't want to keep it on your camera 24/7 to have to take it on and off, but it does work and feels secure
