I guess that for someone that has big hands may be a problem to hold these dumbells.Anyway, the bars perfectly fit on my small hands, and for the price, they are probably the best dumbells I have seen around.

Beefcake, pump it up! You are only gonna get stronger buying this item. Nice grip and easy to change the weights. Don't drop it on your toe might hurt with all the weight. Summer is just around the corner so you better be ready.

These are perfect for the money. Got these for my brother since they were the dumbbells I started with. two 20s separately. one 40 with all 4 big weights on one dumbbell. The spring collars are great for changing weight quickly. A must have for anyone starting out!

Please do not bother to waste your money on this product. I had ordered it thinking it would be a great addition to my workouts but was sadly mistaken.Delivery - Despite being a prime member, the delivery was not made on the day it was projected. And then the provider updated a status that they had attempted to deliver the product at 7.45 AM but no one was at home. This is when I was very much at home. I had to go to a pickup center to pick up this 40 LBS package by borrowing a trolley from them.Product - when I opened the box, there was this dirty stink which made me shut the box again and spray with air freshner. When I got to checking the product, it turned out to be damaged and had sand all over it. So essentially I lugged 40 LBS for a damaged product.Return - When I applied for return, I asked if there was any way that the product can be picked up from the location given its heavy and I dont have a trolley to be carried to the nearest location. The team informed me that they do not have any other option but I have to print the label and take it to the location.So all in all this product has been a nightmare right from the delivery till the return.

I don't know how I can review what is basically a metal rod with concrete disks in much detail and I don't know why you as the potential buyer would need help to identify if these heavy things are just right for you but you're probably here because you were in the same boat as me when I first set out on a quest for heavy things. Cost is probably why your here, you'll notice that most dumbbells around this size are ridiculously expensive for what you're getting. These work and they don't feel bad at all on the hands to lift. The weights are bulky and picture is a bit deceptive (only fours 7.5 weights are included not eight like it shows) but logically will you be willing to spend 2 or 3 times more to achieve the same goal of making your muscles bigger? Absolutely not, so why crank out extra cash for it? To make it visibly appealing when your not using them? Unless your hardcore and expect to run through the ranks of a bowflex, going from 1 to 50lbs or whatever, then these will probably be adequate for you.
