I have tried contacting the seller with pictures of my box with nothing in return. We keep dance shoe boxes and for the price of these- it’s unacceptable to come this damaged. The shoes are fine, I will use another seller from now on out though.

The fit was very tight across the width of my foot, and the quality seemed a bit cheap. I had intended to exchange for another size, but I ended up going with another product. I do not recommend processing an exchange, as there is a price difference between the sizes, and you may not receive the full total of your original purchase without contacting customer service multiple times.

my original order was too small so I had to return and ask for an exchange which was done with no issues. The second order was delivered quickly. I order a wide size this time which was in a box and fit much better. def gives more wiggle room because the shoe fits exact. overall great quality and not cheap.

Great shoes. I use for line dancing my first pair that purchased about 3-4 years ago were still in good shape except some washing liquid spilled over in the boot. I purchased the same shoe again and anticipate these will last longer as I’m careful now about lids being tight.

I love the quality of the shoes. However, they are made extremely small even though my feet are narrow. I ordered my regular size shoe (7.5) and they are just too short. Otherwise I love everything about them. I wish I could do an even exchange for a larger size without an increase in price.
