I've had mine for 2 years now. It definitely helps with the effects of SAD and the fatigue I go through year round from lack of sunlight.After LongC*"id hit and I never recovered from the effects of it, this light has been a daily added must have. I bought one for my grandson also because he was brought back from a cardiac arrest and isn't able to play sports anymore so he's in front of a computer most days, not outside. He gave me the side eye at first when I set it up but I see him using everyday as well. 😁I highly suggest this Carex lamp over smaller, less expensive ones which aren't as bright and overall effective.

Overall a great light for those dark and grey winter days in the Pacific Northwest. Note, this is a large light and needs space.Positives: Excellent size, easy to use, solid stand, impactful luminosityPreferences: The base is large and requires a good amount of space. it would be great if the light would not only pivot vertically, but the ability to rotate left and right would improve adaptability for those who have less space. I use this on my desk at my office and because of its size and inability to move left or right, I have to move the entire unit to use it.Overall I gave it five stars for ease of set up and use. Large lighting area, effectiveness and quality.

I've had a small happy light on my desk for a couple of years and decided to buy this more powerful Carex Day-Light. The product's build quality is not great in terms of polish, but it's very robust and simple, and feels like it can last a decade easily. The physical on-off swith is great because I can use the light with a $10 smart outlet and automate turning it on in the morning. It is *very bright*. Even with just 10 minutes I get a boost of energy, while I needed hours with my older tiny light for the same effect.

Leider handelt es sich hierbei um absolutes Billigmaterial.Auf den Bildern sieht es so aus, als wäre diese Lampe ihren Preis eventuell wert, vor allem da es eine der wenigen Tageslichtlampen ist, die einen Standfuß hat.Aber lasst die Finger davon! Die Produktion wird wahrscheinlich 20€ gekostet haben und ist "Made in China"

I absolutely love my lamp! I've been using it every morning for 30 minutes when waking up, for the last month and a half. My depression has lifted and no PMS whatsoever this month! I wad considering medication prior to this, so...I love the size (big screen) and brightness level of the lamp. I can read or use my tablet under it without problems. A lot of people mentions finding the legs unsteady but I don't have problems with this. It feels sturdy and quality. I know it's all new for me but I am sold!! And I did a lot of research prior to buying and found this was one of the best. No regrets!** Update october 2020 : still using the lamp daily for 30 minutes, from september to June, and it`s still 100% effivient. Did not even have to replace a bulb yet! Still absolutely love it!
