Bought this as a 2nd charger for my old Dell Latitude E5430. I have another aftermarketone that is the original style that shipped with this device new. However, it is tied up in my cablemanagement system at my desk & is a pain to remove when I need portability.I chose this newer style as I liked how one end of the cable had the ability to wraparound the power block, thought it would save more space in a bag. This charger also doesn’tmake a faint buzzing noise like my other one. My favorite feature is the power indicator ring atthe barrel end of the connector. It only seems to illuminate white when it has power. Thecomputer recognizes it as a power source, seems to charge as good as my other one.Bit weird though that the block has a Dell label and sticker. While it does not feel cheap,it doesn’t feel premium either. The ends of the block have a shiny plastic that scratches easily.None of the wrapping or instructions was Dell branded. It also doesn’t look Dell refurbished.Other than the misleading branding I’m happy with the product. I would order again andrecommend it to others.
