I got the large. I am 5'9" and 165 lbs. These are a bit tight. Great padding and otherwise great overall.

These are awesome cycling shorts and the most comfortable shorts I've ever had with the best shami ever.I was using XL but I've recently lost a lot of weight 200 down to 180 so I'll probably go to Large soon. I'm 5'10". As always cycling cloths are made super tight so go up one size.I've never had cycling shorts fit so well. I noticed during the TDF most pros were wearing Castilli.

Great fit, quality & comfort, these cycling shorts exceeds my expectation. I glad I spent a little more to a much better pair of shorts.

As noted in a previous reviews, they are cut very long (i.e., they touch the top of my kneecap). And I paid close attention to the sizing chart. Other than that, they are comfortable (thus far).
