The alert doesn't work sometimes and it was confusing setting up with internet. Otherwise, it does everything i want it to do. I've never been locked out of my house. That's the main thing. My kids even use it. Pass code and fingerprint works fine. And the key fob cards. The only issue i have is the alerts. Probably user error but I'm not sure

Look Very good and easy to install,battery life is great connects to the wifi easily once instructions are followed finger print recognition is accurate

I love having a camera on my door handle. It’s nice because we are renting and we didn’t have to run any wires or anything. It works simply. I have the doorknob connected to my phone and I can see everything. I also love that I can open the door with the code to the fob. Pretty sweet. I feel like I’m living in the future.

I’m happy with the features of this smart phone with built-in wifi, which offers the remote unlock functionality that I need. Hope it’s a durable product as claimed. The main issue I have with it is the lack of a good users manual with adequate technical information about its operation and the associated app, Tuya Smart. Apparently many features in Tuya are not working with this lock, and there’s no easy technical support for the product. I hope the manufacturer of this product could make improvements on this model via firmware update and better cooperation with the developers of Toya.

I was disappointed to find the lock needs to be connected to a wifi network and DOES NOT have the "built-in Wi-Fi for Remote Management no additional gateway required" as it says
