The technical drawing INCORRECTLY identifies the water supply inlet as a "Rc" aka BSPT or "straight" thread. This type of thread is incompatible with the "NPT" or Tapered" threaded pipe most commonly used in the USA.Fortunately the pipe TEE supplied has "Straight threads" on the horizontal (structural and water supply side) but the "customer leg" of the TEE is a NPT fitting.I would have rated the safety shower as 5 stars except I had to deal with significant delays, purchase then return specialty adapters (and pay return fees and freight) for an unneeded item if only the technical drawing had accurately described the device.Also as an advantage that is not identified is that the device comes with the OSHA required signage to identify this location as a "safety shower-eye wash" station. Had I known that signage was included, I would not have purchased and had the expense of a sign that will be redundant.

Everything well designed but they do not supply you with a very hard to find 1 1/4 " to 3/4" adapter for your garden hose ? Therefore your left scouring the plumbing aisle at the hardware store to no avail. I since ordered the adapter on Amazon. Part will take 6 weeks for delivery. Hope it works
