This is a small, but not too small microwave that is attractive and works well for two people. It heats items thoroughly and quickly. The buttons and settings are easy to use. To those complaining about the button panel bubbling-you do realize there is a piece of removable protective plastic over the buttons, right? What you're experiencing is bubbling of the removable plastic, not the microwave panel itself. Critical thinking is your friend!

La verdad se siente de muy buena calidad, robusto y potente. Calienta mucho las cosas con poco tiempo, la verdad quedé encantado con el producto, lo recomiendo bastante 👌

Bought this microwave to replace my old one. After looking at several different models, this one seemed to have all the features I wanted. Works really well and is very quiet compared to the old one. I especially like the 30 second button. Convenient. Very happy with this purchase.

1. The box it arrived in had a large scuff on one of the corners and after unboxing we noticed the was a large dent in the top/side of the microwave. It doesn’t appear to affect the function of it though.2. It advertises having a child lock but it isn’t a feature that I need. After putting it on the shelf and plugging it in we could not open the door. A thorough search of the box did not produce an instruction booklet so I began searching the internet and Amazon to try and find a solution while my 15yo daughter continued trying to figure it out. In one of the product pictures on Amazon we noticed an odd shape to the top of the handle on the inside. A couple attempts finally made operation of the child lock obvious and when opened the instruction booklet was inside. Taping the booklet to the outside or a sticker pointing to the child lock would be immensely helpful for those customers that have never owned a microwave with a child lock. 🤷♂️Other than those 2 problems it seems to be a nice unit although it is a little noisier than our previous one (Samsung).

Me gusta! Pense que seria más chico pero tiene un tamaño perfecto, facil de usar, lo compre a muy buen precio. Funciona muy bien y efectivamente no hace tanto ruido como los demas. Me llegó con 3 dias de retraso por estafeta y el seguimiento fue malo pues no se actualizaba, pero en Cuidad de México tanto las autopista y el aeropuerto fueron un caos y si me aviso estafeta de ello, incluso decia que me llegaria el 28 y llegó el 25( originalmente llegaria el 22). Lo cheque en otras app y aqui fue el mejor precio.
