¿Qué es el Q-max?
El valor Q-Max se refiere al valor pico del calor que se absorbe cuando el cuerpo humano entra en contacto con la tela. Cuanto mayor sea el valor Q-Max, mejor será la sensación de enfriamiento que se siente al tocarlo. El Q-Max de otras telas promedio solo 0,2 mientras que nuestra manta de enfriamiento tiene un valor Q-max de 0,45, lo que puede reducir instantáneamente la temperatura de la superficie corporal de 35.6-39.2 °F.

I'm in MENOPAUSE and the night sweats are horrendous. I took a chance on this based on the reviews and baby let me tell you, I'm happy I did. This blanket has kept me cool and comfortable all night. I noticed I'm not perspiring as much and I'm able to sleep longer. This is a winner.

Comprei com um pé atrás, já que não tenho ar-condicionado. Mas realmente funciona. É geladinho, o que facilita na hora de dormir. Estou começando a sentir os calores da menopausa e está me ajudando muito.

Esta manta tiene colores realmente hermosos y ofrece una gran versatilidad: es fresca por un lado y cálida por el otro, según el lado que elijas usar. La compré como un regalo y la persona quedó encantada con ella. ¡Recomendada!

Perfecta si necesitas taparte para dormir pero quieres algo que no te acalore, en un lugar muy cálido podría no refrescar.

O produto não é bonito, porém tem um bom acabamento. Ao colocá-lo, sente-se o resfriamento da pele por, aproximadamente, 1O segundos, após é se tir calor novamente.... não recomendo

**UPDATE** I've been using it every day for almost 8 months and it has pilled up quite a bit. Fortunately, its not that noticeable under normal use. The level of comfort remains about the same and it has held up nicely otherwise. I got one of those cheap handheld battery operated pill removers which made it look and feel almost like new again. I still recommend this product.It is very lightweight and is roughly equivalent in weight to 2 bed sheets. The blanket is actually made up of 2 different fabrics that is stitched together at the edges.I love the cool side of the blanket. It glides off the skin almost like silk and is very cool to the touch. It feels similar to the fabric found on an Under Armour running shirt. In fact, my Dad has an Under Armour shirt and the fabric looks and feels just about identical to each other (same color and pattern). Maybe that's why it feels so cool and is able to wick away moisture. If i had it my way, i would want my entire mattress sheets to be made of this material, but this is not something i've been able to find. However, they do make pillowcases out of this material.I also tried the other side which feels good but does not cool as well, which is why it is advertised as the warming side. The warming side has a traditional cotton feel, much like on a quality t-shirt. I don't use this side nearly as much but i do appreciate the sleeping-in-your-favorite-t-shirt vibe that it gives.Overall, I think this is a great cooling blanket. I generally prefer heavier blankets, but when it gets too warm in the summer, I don't really have a choice but to use a lightweight blanket, and so this fits my needs quite well. Even though its pretty light for a blanket, its pliable enough that it conforms to your body very well, giving you subtle hugging feeling. This is unlike what you would get if you were to simply use a bed sheet as a blanket, which is doesn't conform as well and instead floats on top of you.However, there are 2 things i can think of that would make it better: 1) having more vivid color options and solid colors instead of the speckled/stripe look and 2) having both sides being made of the same cooling fabric. I find it slightly inconvenient that i have to check what side is what before using it. In the dark, it's not visually obvious which side is which. And sometimes when i toss and turn during my sleep, the warming side touches my body which i try to avoid.
